We are seeking a positive and energetic manager to lead our produce team. This is both a physical and hands-on role in this rapidly growing business with scope for growth and development.

  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

    • Directing and organising the team filling, displaying and maintaining stock levels.

    • Guiding the team’s workflow ensuring work is carried out efficiently in a positive and collaborative environment.

    • Ensuring work areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe manner adhering to health and safety regulations.

    • Providing initial and ongoing training for team members.

    • Managing rosters, sickness and leave ensuring adequate cover. You will be the teams point of contact.

    • Committed to overseeing the team’s delivery of excellent customer service.

    • A skilled multitasker with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while supervising a team.

    • Excellent time management skills to prioritise workflow.

    • Adaptable and capable of juggling changing schedules and handling unpredictable circumstances.

    • A positive, solution-focused attitude and are encouraging of co-workers.

    • Be physically fit and able to lift crates of produce up to 20kg.

    This role requires availability to work at least one day during the weekend.
