We grow vegetables and berries on over 160ha of land, 12 months of the year, supplying CONNINGS FOOD MARKETS and all other major supermarkets right across the country. Currently the business is going through a period of growth and we want equally motivated people to get on board.

In this role, you'll be a key player in transforming fresh vegetables from paddock to plate, working to supply the wholesale markets and our boutique grocery store, Connings Food Market. You'll gain hands-on experience in harvesting, packing, transport, working closely within our dynamic team. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow within our business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop great skills in market gardening and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, locally grown produce directly to our community's tables.

• Report to the pack shed supervisor and be an integral part of our post harvest team

• Wash, grade and pack up to 40 different crops grown at Connings Farm

• Have an eye for detail and maintain Connings high quality standards

You will bring a can do attitude and proven team leadership experience.
