• Direct and organise the team in filling, displaying, and maintaining dry goods, meat, alcohol, chilled, and frozen stock

• Guide the team's workflow to ensure work is carried out efficiently in a positive and collaborative manner

• Provide initial and ongoing training, encouragement, and support to team members

• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards across our team

• Manage stock orders and inventory of perishable items while implementing promotions to minimize waste

• Monitor quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper stock rotation

• Receive, verify, and unpack incoming goods

• Contribute to a welcoming and well-presented store

• Ensure work areas are clean, tidy, and safe while adhering to health and safety regulations

• You will be adaptable, have the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions

• Lead from the front and inspire the team

• Have clear and effective communication skills

• Be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while supervising the team

• Have a sense of urgency, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workflow efficiently

• Maintain high presentation standards and have an eye for detail

• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
